Refund Policy

Commercial version 1 - Effective July 3, 2026

We want purchasers to have a fair opportunity to confirm that the Florida Biology EOC Review Course is a good fit. A free lesson preview is available before purchase.

Seven-day limited refund

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days after purchase when both conditions are met:

Less than 10% of the course's tracked lessons and standards-practice activities have been completed; and
No full practice test has been started or submitted.

How to request a refund

Email avery@phineacademic.com from the address connected to the participant account. Include the purchaser's name, account email, purchase date, and a brief statement requesting a refund. Do not send card numbers.

Other eligible corrections

We will correct duplicate charges. We will also review requests involving a verified technical failure that prevents reasonable access and that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time. These situations are not limited by the course-progress threshold when applicable law or basic fairness requires a remedy.

After the eligibility period

Refunds are generally unavailable after seven calendar days, after 10% or more of tracked activities have been completed, or after a full practice test has been started, except for duplicate charges, unresolved verified access failures, or rights required by law.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary and may take several business days. Course access may end when a full refund is approved.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
