Terms of Use

Seller: PHINE ACADEMIC SOLUTIONS LLC ("Phine Academic Solutions," "we," or "us").

1. Agreement

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Florida Biology EOC Review Course, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Notice, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the course.

2. Eligibility and minors

Purchasers must be at least 18 years old. Learners ages 13-17 may use an account only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian, and the adult must complete or authorize the purchase. The service is not offered to children under 13.

3. Course access

A one-time payment of $49.99 provides one participant with 10 months of access beginning when payment succeeds. Access is personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or used to provide instruction to a group unless we agree in writing.

4. Educational purpose

The course is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Florida Department of Education or any school district. We do not guarantee a particular examination score, course grade, admission decision, or academic result.

5. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

6. Acceptable use

You may not copy, download, scrape, record, reproduce, publish, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, share credentials, interfere with the service, or use course content to create or train a competing product. Ordinary personal notes and screenshots reasonably necessary for individual study are permitted.

7. Intellectual property

The course organization, original explanations, interactives, software, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to PHINE ACADEMIC SOLUTIONS LLC. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be used under license, permission, or applicable law. No ownership rights transfer with purchase.

8. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and material purchase conditions are displayed before checkout. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for credential sharing, unauthorized copying or distribution, fraud, harmful conduct, attempts to bypass security, or other material violations. When reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Termination for a material violation does not create a right to a refund.

10. Availability and changes

We may maintain, correct, improve, or update the course. Temporary interruptions may occur. We will not materially reduce the purchased access period without providing an appropriate remedy.

11. Disclaimers and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PHINE ACADEMIC SOLUTIONS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the course will not exceed the amount you paid for the course. These limitations do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
